CLAIM TOP TWO SPOTS FOR FEBRUARY’S PLAYOFF ROUND!
(BALLWIN, MO) The template is set for the ARRG 2012 post-season after a pair of dominating wins Saturday night at Midwest Sport Hockey.
Paced by four jammers recording over 20 points apiece, The Stunt Devils claimed the top seed in the upcoming playoff with a 147-80 victory over the Smashinistas. The Stunts’ 67-point win put the exclamation point on a perfect 3-0 regular season.
Jammer Black Market Baby’s 78 point rumble helped the M-80s power their way to a 153-94 win over the Rebel Skate Alliance to pick up the post-season’s second seed.
The stage is now set for ARRG’s playoff round at Midwest Sport Hockey on Saturday, February 4. The top-seeded Stunt Devils (3-0) face fourth-seeded Rebel Skate Alliance (0-3) while the second-seeded M-80s (2-1) face the third-seeded Smashinistas (1-2).
The winner of the February playoff bouts will face each other in the title bout of the ARRG 2012 local championships, held April 28 at Chaifetz Arena in St. Louis. A third place bout will also take place at Chaifetz.
